Why choose Photo Digital Services to complete this important job?

• We are Australian owned with all our work being completed in our office at Bungendore and is not outsourced to another company nor is it shipped overseas for completion.

• Photographs are air cleaned prior to scanning.

• We will discuss your requirements face to face at our office and have a value courier option for pick up and deliver to all Sydney suburbs, country and Interstate (A small fee for this service may apply).

• We provide 3 months of backup of your photo files.

• We only scan photographs and documents with the best equipment available and know how to achieve the results required.

How long will my order take?
Photo Digital Services acknowledge that you have made a commitment to save your precious memories and that you would like to have them back as soon as possible. Generally bulk scanning orders will take between 10- 15 days and special orders that involve removal of photos from albums and scanning of photo album pages around 2 week. At the time of order we will agree with you an acceptable delivery date and will always keep you advised of any delays in our delivery.
 
How can we pay you?
We accept payment by Direct Credit to our Bank Account, Cheque, Credit Card (1.90% Surcharge) and of course good old fashion cash.
 
Do you outsource to another company or country?
We proudly admit that all work has been completed in our office and is not outsourced to another company nor sent to another country.
 
 
Which scanning resolution is the best for me.
We offer 3 levels of scanning for both photos and film and it depends on your printing and editoring requirements. For most people the medium resolution which is 600 dpi for photos and 2400 dpi for film is sufficient.
 
 
 
What Photo Scanning Resolutions do you offer?

We believe in providing a number of resolutions so as to provide our customers with the best resolution and price for their individual requirements. Our professional equipment scanners and software can scan anywhere
from a low resolution of 300DPI right up to Ultra High 4800DPI. Happy to discuss the

What Film Scanning Resolutions do you offer?
We believe in providing a number of resolutions so as to provide our customers with the best resolution and price for their individual requirements. Our Professional Powerslide and Epson Scanners provide for a Low Resolution of 1200 dpi, 2400, 3600 and a Ultra High 4800 dpi.
Can I view the photo files on my television, computer or electronic photo frame?
Yes to all. 
Do you clean the photos prior to scanning?
Loose photos are lightly sprayed with compressed air and brushed to remove dust particles prior to scanning.
 
How can i pay only 28c per photo scanned?
To receive our 28c and 40c photo scanning fee just box them up in no particular order or size (up to A4 size), choose your resolution and send. We will scan at your chosen resolution and save the images into folders of about 200 units. More information is available to make an informed decision here.
 
 
Do you return our photos, when the work is completed?
Yes your originals are all returned to you on completion of work along with your USB Flash Drive.
 
I feel nervous using a courier. Can I drop off our photos in person?
Absolutley, we agree that that your photos are your most precious possession apart from your family. Please keep in mind that we are not a shop front and to phone us prior to leaving home to ensure that someone is available to meet with you.

We started business in 2009 and since then have scanned about 5 million photos, slides and negatives for people all around Australia. We now concentrate on photo scanning so as to provide the best value and most professional service possible.
